I mean the role looks like it's using older technology. CVS / SVN aren't
in common use anymore, and Java / C++ are in the "stable, but few people
write new systems in them" category. 

You're going to be finding older people to fill this position, and
they're likely going to have more than 2-4 years of experience, and will
likely want more $$.

So to me it seems like a maintenance position for someone with
low-growth potential for doing anything new. That's a red flag to me.
