i have a branch of open-iscs at [1] that really cleans up the dep8
test that we added. There is a README.md at [2] that describes
what the test does.
There were loads of changes done to better test ipv6 support (bug 1634176)
and generally a lot of cleanups. The most significant functional change
was change to use the cloud image rather than the maas image.
This was somewhat necessary as open-iscsi includes an initramfs hook, and
when using the maas image we were also using the maas kernel and initramfs
which meant we were not really testing the proposed version of the
initramfs code bits.
I'm interested in feedback on the caveats listed at [2] and what we should
do about that.
