This bug report is a Feature Freeze Exception for KDE Applications 16.04.3 (updated from 15.12.3) and KDE Frameworks 5.26.0 (updated from 5.24.0).

Since this is the final bugfix release, and there are no known issues with this release, the regression potential is rather low. We currently have this staged in ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-kdeapplications and ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-frameworks if you wish to inspect the packages.
