1.Add module hp-wmi to blacklist.

2.Restart machine:

$ lsmod | grep hp
hp_accel               28672  0
shpchp                 36864  0
lis3lv02d              20480  1 hp_accel
$ lsmod | grep wifi
iwlwifi               200704  1 iwldvm

3.Load then unload hp-wmi module:

$ sudo modprobe hp-wmi
$ sudo modprobe -r hp-wmi

4.Unload then load hp-wmi module:

$ sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi
$ sudo modprobe iwlwifi

After that, wifi works as normal, the list of wifi networks are displayed, etc.
