Greetings Ubunteros and other types,

Just when things start running smoothly at home I get a foolish idea to try and revive LoCos in other areas of the globe and it all started because one poor fella in Asia applied for Ubuntu Membership without any guidance or support from his LoCo. These opinions are my own and not of other buntu users. It seems to me that running a LoCo there is a personal thing and not in the best interests of Ubuntu. So , what do we do about that? I have been trying for 5 months to get irc channels active again with a modicum of success. But no help or response from the supposed leaders. So how do we make waves without offending anyone, or, not offending too much? I am open to suggestions and would appreciate some help with this task. I can be found in #ubuntu-community-team everyday. Feel free to advise me please.
