Partition scheme for home server running ubuntu server.

Use Emby media server, torrents, storage, printserver and some playing around with apache and mysql (not hosting anything important) important things will be backed up so stability/security not main concern.

Does this looks reasonable? Is there any need to have seperate /home /boot etc for my needs? Anything else i should think of?
