This works:
xsetwacom -v --set 'Wacom Intuos Pro M (WL) Finger touch' gesture off
xsetwacom -v --set 'Wacom Intuos Pro M (WL) Finger touch' gesture on

And this works:
xsetwacom set "Wacom Intuos Pro M (WL) Pad pad" Button 1 key "a"

But, this not:
xsetwacom set "Wacom Intuos Pro M (WL) Pad pad" Button 1 gesture off/on

It sais: 
Cannot parse keyword 'gesture' at position 1

I have tryed: 
Button 1 gesture 'off'
Button 1 'gesture' off
Button 1 'gesture off'
Button 1 key gesture off

But no succes.
