My Apache does not have permissions to make directories or files I get mkdir(): Permission Denied.  I have a folder /var/www/platform which is symlinked to ~/Documents/Virteom/platform/project and my Apache virtual host is set to /var/www/platform.

I'm not sure which folder I'm actually supposed to give permissions to and which permissions to give.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
