Commentary
kdepim transition is utter shite. There are a gazillion applications using kdepimlibs. They need to be moved to a new kde4pimlibs-dev package. All conflict between kde4pimlibs and kdepimlibs (i.e. qt 5) needs to be resolved. At this point this should only be package naming problems.
If a rdep actually is KF5 it probably just needs a rebuild to adopt kdepimlibs.
